I took Owen to karate tonight and I had to bring something with me to do so I started another one of Jon’s snowflakes. This only only took me a few hours – much better than the almost all day it took my yesterday! This is Flora 20, white/purple.
I’m going to give this one to a friend who said she liked the one I did yesterday – hope she likes hers!
It turned out nicely. I’m the same way when I’m tatting…learning takes forever with a new pattern, and then it sure speeds up once you’ve got the pattern down!
Thank you for showing this. I like the colour of the thread. I also like the one you made earlier with Marilee’s HDT. You know what I like about this design, when done it lays flat on its own and doesn’t have to be blocked into shape.
You know I did! It’s gorgeous and has given me a new perspective on the tattings I’ve done.
